Belmont Metals takes great care in assembling, packaging, and weighing your order properly before shipping. Because of the nature of the metals we sell, we can only accept returned items for ecommerce purchases if there was an error in your shipped items. We cannot accept returns for any other reason. If there was an error in the items that were shipped to you, please give us a call to discuss the details of the return and how we can resolve the issue. We will provide a full refund if the error is deemed to be our mistake. Please understand our return policy before placing your order.

For non-Ecommerce purchases, please work with your sales rep on a return if there has been an error.
