Product Certification & Traceability

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with orders to guarantee that we meet the specific chemistry and mechanical requirements of your application. From the moment raw material is received, through melting, alloying, and final shipment, every step of the process is documented to ensure full traceability.

Our certification process includes:

  • Detailed Chemistry Analysis: Precise breakdown of elemental composition (e.g., Copper, Zinc, Tin, Silicon) to ensure alloy compliance.

  • Traceability Data: Every certificate includes Lot Numbers, Sales Order Numbers, and Customer PO tracking.

  • Verification: All analysis is verified and signed by our Quality Assurance Administration.

We maintain tight control of alloy composition by leveraging one of the most advanced in-house laboratories in the industry. Our ability to perform custom material chemistry tests allows us to serve unique R&D and specialized industrial needs with speed and accuracy.

Our in-house laboratory utilizes state-of-the-art metallurgical analysis methods, including:

  • ICP Testing (Inductively Coupled Plasma): For high-precision detection of trace elements and major alloy constituents.

  • Arc Spark Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES): Utilizing NBC Traceable standards to verify alloy composition throughout the manufacturing cycle.

  • XRF Testing: Utilized for rapid alloy identification and verification during processing.

We continually upgrade our lab equipment and provide ongoing training for all lab personnel, ensuring that our “Non Ferrous Specialists” remain at the forefront of metallurgical science.
